Apparently, committing genocide against people of lesser intelligence is wrong. But then again, people tack too much value onto human lives.

It's not genocide, I never implied we had to kill them.. We need those ppl around to remind ourselves how good we actually are, and that we shouldn't take our braincells for granted.. Actually, the US wanted to do something like that in the '20's I think. They actually sterilized some people who would for example score very bad in school, or who would just be stupid. There was a lot of secrecy about it, but then some people found out and thought it was unethical and they stopped their research..

A friend commented "But not all white people are necessarily from Europe, and besides, you don't have any European ancestors for 4 generations." To which I replied "Not all African Americans are necessarily from Africa, and many don't have any African ancestors for more than 4 generations."

I always felt that appellation was silly. OK, so it's nice that it stresses that the blacks are also Americans, an important issue indeed, but it also loses its reference to skin color. What then would be the proper American-english term for a european with black skin?

Aaaaanyway, how's about we go back on topic.

I've been playing with a german recently, what with the guild being a ghost hall and all, and since he doesn't speak english, some problems were encountered. I actually had to switch GW to german so I could see what the proper terms for items were...

Aaanyway, the funny quote comes when I gave him a few tomes as a gift... and then declared them poison

Aaaaand that's why "African American" isn't technically correct anymore. "Black Americans" are culturally very different from "Africans", and both of those groups are very different from the various groups present in the Caribbean.
